Peach Aviation Limited: Notice Regarding Decrease in Amount of Share Capital and Capital Reserve

Osaka- Peach Aviation Limited (hereinafter: Peach, Managing Director and CEO: Takeaki Mori), announced as follows that a reduction in the amounts of the share capital and the capital reserve was decided at its general meeting of shareholders on February 7, 2022.

Improve the soundness of the company’s financial structure in the future.

1. Amount of capital to be reduced

The capital amount of ¥7,515,050,000 will be reduced by ¥7,415,050,000 to JPY

100,000,000.

2. Amount of capital reserve to be reduced

The amount of the capital reserve of ¥7,485,000,000 will be completely reduced to JPY 0.

3. Method of decreasing capital and capital reserves

The full amount of the decrease in the capital and capital reserve amounts will be reclassified as other excess capital. The file in progress is a reclassification of account titles in the net assets section of the balance sheet and will not lead to a change in the amount of net assets. In addition, there will also be no change in the total number of shares issued or the number of shares held by shareholders.

Deadline for notification of grievances by creditors: March 18, 2022 (program)

Effective date: March 30, 2022 (program)
