AAA Associates Hosts Human Capital Management Sales Training Workshop with Sahil Adeem | NEXT TV

AAA Associates held a training workshop for its sales staff from March 1 to March 30 at CineGold Resort, Bahria Town. The main participants were new sales staff from the Job Marathon held earlier this year. In addition to new staff, existing sales staff have also benefited in large numbers from the training. Sales training and sales methods are continually evolving, and AAA Associates wants its employees to grow by leaps and bounds.

AAA Associates strongly believes that well-trained sales personnel must be communication savvy and aware of the social and ethical aspects of their job. Recipients of this exclusive seminar would not only be better salespeople today, but would go a long way in defining the future of their careers. To this end, AAA Associates organized a month-long workshop which focused on the different modes of sale, moving from a simple sale of a product or service to the study and satisfaction of the customer’s needs.

The seminar was addressed by the board members of AAA Associates with motivational speaker Mr. Sahil Adeem. An entrepreneur and business leadership consultant, Mr. Sahil Adeem, was invited to deliver a keynote speech on sales training for the event.

He stressed the importance of conducting exclusive training sessions that will enable sales staff to perform their jobs admirably and ethically. He told seminar attendees that “growing a business takes more than just offering quality products. Salespeople are the face of the organization, they represent the brand of the company and have the most immediate influence on customers. He also praised AAA Associates for organizing such workshops, which help not only businesses but the workforce as well.

Important topics covered included the prevention of privacy invasion and intrusion, as well as the ethics and clarity of marketing discourse, marketing methods and the personal preparation of salespeople.

Although these training sessions are considered essential and mandatory for sales staff and are often taught at college level in developed countries, no such standard exists in Pakistan’s real estate industry.
